Don't know how they have 4.5 star. Awful!!!
My experience with Tech hourly was awful. Scheduled 8am appointment online. Got automated confirmation and reminder on time. With a warning of $49 cancellation charge (fair enough). The messages say 2 hr. arrival window. In the day of after 30 mins past 8 I start to wonder and Inquire. No real person you can talk to. And the online response was they may have another job and will b here no later than 10. But 8am is the first job so what other job? Sure, but can you at least confirm someone is "actually" on their way? Nope! I contacted again at 9:30 and

Very disappointed in my experience. I hired them to mount a TV. The gentleman arrived after the two hour time window provided and an hour after he called saying it would be 30 minutes. Showed up in a truck with a different company's branding and wasn't wearing anything to suggest he was from this company. Initially told me he had the correct tilt mount needed with him and then said he actually didn't and that my options were to either buy a more expensive mount from him or reschedule for another time. Then said he would be able to relocate an outlet but after he started drilling into the wall said

Extremely poor business practices. Scheduled an appointment through their website to this morning. Understand that they have a two hour window to show. Three hours after scheduled appointment, no contact from either technician or company. Tried the Let's Chat on their website, they were checking on the status of my appointment and that's it. Called the number on the website, voicemail states will return call within 5-10 minutes. No call back. if I can give them zero stars, I would. If you value your time like I do, I would definatley seek tech installation from some other company.

Tech Hourly was fantastic. We had a complicated Mantle Mount and a traditional TV mount that we needed installed. Scheduling with them was very easy on their website. Pricing was also reasonable and very straightforward. The guys that came out were professional and did a great job. They also do a lot more than just TV mount installations.

Tech Hourly mounted my TV to tilt up and down and also right and left. The technician then worked to get all accessories working such as DVD, sound bar, cable box. Everything was working when he left. They do not ask for payment in advance which Geek Squad did. Geek wanted credit information on phone to make appointment and their appointment was farther out than Tech.

Excellent built-in communication from an immediate automated email confirmation of the appointment, an automated email reminder about the appointment, and the techs called on their way, and arrived during their scheduled time frame. The techs offered good suggestions and were friendly & efficient. We will definitely use Tech Hourly again, and we have already recommended them to another family.
