S.Y.V. Elite Events Rentals was formed in 2007. At that time the group of owners who had all been working for other rental companies during the last 10 to 30 years put together their own company. During the years of working at other companies they learned a lot about what they thought was important, and that was customer service and well maintained rental products.
Our commitment to our customers is to provide the best service and assure that our inventory is clean and in excellent condition before leaving the building. Our staff is friendly, meticulous, experienced and will treat your event, big or small, with utmost care and concern. We work very closely with local vendors such as; Coordinators, Caterers, Photographers, Bakers, D.J., Florists, and Valet.

Elite is fantastic! I started out just needing chairs for my daughter's wedding ceremony in Ferrini Park, Los Alamos, California and ended up having to keep adding miscellaneous strange things to our order when other venders couldn't supply things we needed (stanchions, chafing dishes, a generator, etc.). Things needed to go to several different venues at different times and Elite was totally on top of it all. Everything arrived on time, was set up on time, and picked back up on time. - amazing! We hired Elite rentals to provide just the basics for our outdoor wedding this past April: round tables, banquet tables, a dance floor, kids table, chairs and trash cans/recycle cans. I am so glad we went with this company--they were right on time, exactly as planned and they set up the dance floor perfectly. We basically transformed a lumpy meadow into the perfect place for a dance party. Because of the requirements of the venue, Elite had to return to the venue at 9pm so that we could break everything down and return the meadow to its original condition. Just as promised, Elite returned on time

My wife and I got married in December of 2014. We worked with Pam from elite rentals. She was so funny and personable and loved the way she took care of us. I highly recommend using elite. They have good service and great prices. Santa Ynez Valley is a great location where everybody knows each other. So go Elite rentals and you won't be disappointed.

If you're getting married in the Santa Ynez Valley, you basically have two choices of rental companies. We spoke to both at length, and went with Elite because their prices were a little lower. I believe the competitor has a bigger selection if you're having a very formal affair, but for our needs (huge wedding, classic and simple), Elite was perfect. We had an amazing experience with them. Everything came in great condition and looked amazing. The entire event was a huge success, and they pulled through with some extra heaters and cocktail tables at the last moment, which was great.

My husband and I got married in November at Sogno Del Fiore. I heard about Elite through our caterer. The prices are very reasonable. The customer service is excellent. They have all the items essential to an outdoor wedding. The customer service representative tended to all our concerns in a prompt and friendly manner. The items were delivered on time as promised. The gentleman that deliver also help you set up, they don't just drop everything on the driveway and take off.

As a Yelper I tend to truly take reviews into consideration. And, I also tend to stay away from businesses with few reviews. BUT, in this case I am SO happy I took a chance! This company was exceptional in helping me coordinate what I needed for my dinner party. The real challenge was that I was in Los Angeles planning an event to take place in Santa Ynez. Staff member Ari always went above and beyond to accommodate my many, many, many questions. She even took photos of items and emailed them to me. If I changed my mind on something, she was alwasy accommodating. Ari was my primary contact
