I tried calling many different places to see if they could do an alignment on my truck with no luck. Everyone kept telling me my truck was too large but not Advanced Automotive. They told me to bring it on in and they will try. That's all I wanted to hear. After they inspected my vehicle they called me to tell me they could not do the alignment due to bad ball joints. They also explained to me more things that was wrong with my truck and asked me if I would like any of those items repaired. I told them I would repair the ball joints etc. I am glad I did. My ball joints were dangerous to be honest

They did unauthorized work on my daughter’s car. They offered a $50 coupon refund or to put old part back in vehicle. Why would we trust them to do that when they had lied about so much already? Why should we have to pay for work not authorized? Not enough room to write down all the inconsistencies in the owner’s story. If not for the unauthorized work, my daughter’s bill would have been at least $300-350 cheaper. There was a discrepancy on the original quote as well. They did not give her a quote in writing. What kind of place doesn’t put it in writing if the work is over $1,000? Howard

Amazing service. Brought my truck in with a few parts I purchased myself and Howard did a great job putting them on quickly and correct. Unfortunately the part I bought wasn’t functioning correct and Howard had me drop the truck back off and he finished and fixed it with no hassle. Will definitely be bringing my vehicles here in the future.

Friendly, down to earth family business. It is the best price I found to get my oil changed for the very same product. If you bring a can good to your appointment, they will take $5 off you service price and donate it to a local food bank. I love that they give back to the community. My wait time was about 30 mins. Way better than going to the dealership!! Great people!

Howard is always great! He has great prices and is always fair! He never tries to sell me on a service I don't need and is always honest on what's wrong with my car. I've taken my car there several times over the years for different things and it always comes back running smoothly. I've had Howard replace ignition switch, sensors, struts, shocks, and the radiator. I've come in with appointments and no appointments and he typically gets my car done same day on appointment and next day when I've had it towed. Thanks so much for your dedication and honesty! I will continue to support this family owned
