Services
The Anchorage Classical Ballet Academy is one of the leading dance studios in Anchorage. ACBA is committed to excellence in dance education and we aim to encourage a widespread love of dance in a welcoming and positive environment. Since 1997, ACBA has preserved the art of classical dance by inspiring, enriching, and educating the community.
The registration fee covers administration expenses and it is paid by all students once a year. If you/your child are feeling unwell, please stay home. Please call the front desk and let them know. If you/your child is unwell but still able to dance you can participate through our virtual studio just contact the front desk.
ACBA offers a variety of dance classes for all ages and abilities, from tiny tots and beginners to adults and professional level students. You'll find our classes welcoming and encouraging as we aim to teach through positivity and support. Enroll for a FREE trial class to find out if the style you have chosen is suitable for you or your child.
ACBA's dress code is designed to encourage unity and discipline among our students. Students not meeting the required dress code will be restricted from participation in class. The dress code is strictly enforced beginning with the third week of class. All uniform items can be purchased at ACBA. Please note: Do not use fabric softeners when laundering dance attire; it damages studio floors.
Come dance and play with us for an hour and a half of non-stop fun in one or more of our themed dance and play classes! Dancers will experience ballet and creative movement dancing in a super fun and encouraging atmosphere. Meet new friends, make a fun craft and have a twirl-a-riffic time! Get ready for a sparkle-tastic underwater hula good time on our Ooh La La ALOHA dancing adventure!

The Anchorage Classical Ballet Academy is an excellent organization with top-notch instructors. Our dancers have attended the school for several years, participating in recitals, the Nutcracker, and other performances and have had nothing but a great experience with wonderful professionals. They offer an excellent opportunity for dancers to perform in a large venue gaining exposure to and learning from principal dancers and masters of ballet.

My niece and nephew both take dance at this studio and absolutely love it! They have a wonderful instructor that breaks down the moves and even goes into the history of their dance genre. Anchorage Ballet has an attentive staff and a group of great dancers that truly love what they do. It's a fantastic family atmosphere.

We love the Anchorage Ballet. My daughter has loved learning different techniques. The instructors are wonderful with the kids. My daughter can't figure out who is her favorite. Walking into the studio you always feel welcomed. The staff makes you feel like family. We love the family environment they have created! They have classes for everyone from toddlers to adults. I'm even thinking of dropping in for an adult dance class. Omg and I discovered they do punch cards for adults and they are reasonably priced. That's better than the gym!
