They missed the scheduled appointment to troubleshoot on gate motor. They did show up as promised on the reschedule appointment. The tech, Javier who I believe to be the owner never took the time to open the motor todo diagnostic. Instead he advised me to change the motor as he had problems in the past with the same model. He told me he can install within 1 week and would provide a quote. I followed up with him and no response. Eventually I contacted another company and all it took was a simple adjustments to get my gate working again. Stay away from this company. Poor customer service and
