Services
We successfully completed new construction projects with several mechanical contractors. It all starts with a timely quotation. We go beyond the specification to determine the real need and present it in an easy to understand format. Once awarded the job we make sure that the site is visited as often as necessary.
VpCI's allow dry storage of off-line boilers for up to two years. A molecular film coats all the internal boiler metal. This is especially effective for off-season storage. The corrosion protection is so effective that there is little or no "iron water" in the boiler for start-up. Biocide effectiveness is always a challenge.
Listed below are a number of industries we serve along with specific examples of client solutions CTI has delivered. The client has three, 350 horsepower firetube boilers operating at 12 psi. For over a year tubes were replaced on an almost weekly basis. CTI was asked to correct the treatment program and put a stop to the exorbitant amount of repair work.
