I attempted to call and schedule a consult the nurse was so rude! This place is a complete joke she told me I have to be a certain weight which she couldn’t even tell me plus have insurance approval (6months) regardless of the fact that I plan to pay out of pocket and I already know insurance won’t cover the surgery I am interested in? I told her I… am not resistant to putting the time and work in if there are things I need to do to be approved but I need some specific numbers and guidelines and to be evaluated first. I can’t speak to their plastic surgery side but I can speak for the hand surgery side. My situation was mishandled from the start, staff wouldn’t take responsibility in the roles they played a part in. I was also told I was scheduled for surgery (5 weeks out), two days prior no word from your office or surgery center. I called to check in to find out your staff never even scheduled me. This is even after Dr. Tsai said he wanted to squeeze me in due to the severity of my situation.

Dr. Neaman is an extremely talented. Not only does he deal with plastic surgery but He's also an awesome hand surgeon as well. I had to have my ulnar nerve released from impingement, My Carpal tunnel surgery as well.
Dr Neiman takes the time to listen to your concerns and answers any and all questions you may have. I highly recommend this doctor! You will not regret it!

I do not even know where to begin explaining how amazing Dr. Neaman and his team is. From the moment I walked in for my very first consultation, to my final post op, this office became family! My journey was a bit more difficult due to my body just not being cooperative. Dr. Neaman did not rest until I had the results I wanted. I would recommend Dr. Neaman and his staff over and over and over again! From the first consult with Dr. Neaman and working with Allison in the office and all of his staff, they are absolutely amazing to work with. Very friendly and professional. My surgery and recovery went as expected and now almost 3 months post op, I am extremely happy with my results! I also want to thank his PA, Kaylee for being another ear to talk to when I had any questions or concerns!

I suffered an injury that I initially thought was a minor inconvenience. A severed tendon in my left ring finger. Once the shock settled in and turned to fear. I saw how different my life would be. I couldn’t imagine life without my guitar, the uncertainty was awful. The next day I was scheduled to meet Dr. Keith Neaman.

As an OB/Gyn physician in town, whenever a patient asks my opinion about where to go for plastic surgery, I always recommend Dr. Keith Neaman. He does great work! This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a Doctor's office. The process was quick and painless and I was not pressured at all. I was super nervous but Dr. Neaman showed me some photos with the end results and I was excited to change my life. Every question I had he and his staff were always there for me every step of the way. Even after surgery he gave me his cell phone number so I can reach him anytime.
