Mike and his team are awesome. They were able to take everything away that I needed all in one 1.2 hour period of time. And, that was after calling them just two hours prior. They did a fantastic job and I really do appreciate it. They were also professional, and worked hard and worked great as a team.

I contacted Junkout on a Tuesday and it's Thursday now. They came at the time they said they would. They gave us a good quote and got the junk out fast. We had a lot of junk to haul, and they made short work of it.

I set up a online appointment and was emailed confirmation they would arrive between 12-2. At 2:30 no show, no call, no email or text. I called and spoke to Mike he said he would call me right back as he wanted to call the driver for his eta. 40 minutes later no call back from Mike, the driver and no one has shown up. There are a lot of junk haulers, I would use someone else that understands customer service!

Still nothing! An hour into the booking range per website. Still nothing, no call, no email, no text.
An hour and 20 mins into booking range for someone from company to show up and provide an estimate of work, I got tired of waiting. Called the number of the website. Michael answered, I asked if someone was enroute or even coming. He replied, "let me contact my driver and I'll call you back in a 2 minutes."
After 2 minutes surpassed, nothing

I called this place because last year our fence blew down in a wind storm. My son put the wood on the side of the house. He has to put a new fence up as a graded school project... we need the old wood removed. Mike said text him pictures... we did and no response. My mom had to finally call him and he quoted $250.00 .... really for some wood. Man is off his rocker... trying to rip off a disabled single mom and a kid who is just trying to get his school project finished.
Update: the guy is now harassing me via text..

I found this business on yelp and called because of the 5 star rating. We needed some trash hauled and we set up a Time on Friday then we receive a call back saying they can't make it. So....We set up a 9:30 am appt for Saturday morning and we send pics of the trash and our address. So this morning we're waiting and nobody shows up or calls. We called numerous times to find out what was going on and he didn't even have the decency to answer our calls or return the call and say he couldn't make it. So much for building clientele. So unprofessional.

I called Mike for an estimate and he worked around my schedule to meet with me on short notice. He then quoted me a more than reasonable price to remove a huge amount of garbage that was left behind from squatters.
The folks from Junk Out were on time, courteous, professional and very hard working. I highly recommend them for your junk removal needs.
