My direct buying experience with Thompson Tee was nothing that they or I would have wanted it to be. 1. My order was flagged for being in excess of $200, this is silly given the high cost of their products, they should really increase that threshold for flags which pause order fulfillment. 2. I selected 3-5 business days as my shipping option at time of purchase, received a receipt, but never received a tracking ID when the order shipped so I followed up with them after 5 business days only to hear 'the order must have been lost by the shipping carrier.' I have been a Thompson Tee consumer

Bought T-shirts in May and return them. Did exactly as I said tracking number and everything and I still have not received a refund. Sent multiple emails and called but apparently nobody is receiving phone calls and I’m not getting any answers as to a refund. This is really frustrating it would stop me from ordering again for sure

I have tried for weeks to get in touch with customer service decays coupon codes are not applying. If you call phone number you get a robot saying they can't take your call and to email them. I have sent total 4 emails 1-2 days apart and NO response.
They must be going out of business!!! I bought a few shirts and masks from them and product was good but ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Actually ZERO customer service.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I have emailed numerous times trying to get assistance with a product exchange and have received no response. I have called their phone number many times and am unable to get past their automated answering machine. I still have not been able to exchange my shirts for a different size.

My husband is a sweat-or...he sweats profusely. He has recently taken up dancing and it gets kinda nasty when he gets going. I certainly don't want to do any steps with him that require his armpits touching me. I went online and found these shirts. They have been a dance-saver! Total win. First night out there were NO wet pits and he said it was quite comfortable which is key; if it wasn't comfortable, there is no way he would have worn it.

I ordered a tee shirt and it never came in so I reached out to Thompson Tee. They stated it showed as delivered BUT they were going to expedite another tee shirt and a few days later I received it. They provided me a tracking number this time and the experience was amazing! I am wearing the tee shirt and looking to buy a few more!!
