Our freezer broke. I contacted Lee and he replied the same day letting me know he was booked several weeks out, in case I wanted to find someone who could come quicker, since it was a freezer. He even suggested a fix for the issue, but it didn't work. So I called another company, and the other company took my 79.00, diagnosed the issue, said the part was on back-order for the next month, then ghosted me and never replied to any of my messages to them. Lee was great. Was looking for someone to look at our dryer and called back very promptly. He was very knowledgeable and figured out what was wrong and was able to order the part and fix it 2 days later. Was very upfront about everything and is working great. Lee returned my call very quickly and came out within an hour. I know I got lucky with the timing. He was knowledgeable and explained the problem with my washer . Unfortunately the repair was a bit more involved than I wanted to get into. When I asked him about recommendations for a new washer, he gave me a lot of great information. Highly recommend!!

Appliance Repair Services lived up to the stellar reviews I read when I was searching online for a repair man. My phone message was answered promptly and my appointment was made for the next morning. Lee arrived on time and completed the work (replacing a broken dryer belt) quickly and efficiently for less than I thought I would have to pay. I will keep his number for future repairs and installation of the new dishwasher I hope to get soon. I can recommend him highly!

Called Lee on a Thursday and was able to come to our house to repair our dishwasher that Saturday. Found two separate issues preventing the dishwasher from powering on including wiring going bad. Explained what was wrong and provided an estimate before the repair began. Fast, convenient and competitive prices. Lee and Appliance Repair Services will be my first call for my next needed appliance repair!
