My daughter adores her Hilary Daybed - it is beautiful and so well made. Everything from ordering to delivery was easy and I can't recommend this company or the bed highly enough. Absolutely love our furniture! Both our son and daughter's room are all Newport Cottages and the quality is top notch. We recently had our vacation home set up with a couple of matching bunk beds that look beautiful and I'm confident they will last for years.
Because of their chic design, Beau's dresser will be able to evolve design-wise in our home as Beau grows. This dresser is what dreams are made of. This is my favorite piece of furniture in the ENTIRE house! I found this while scouring the internet looking a dresser/changing table that would be the showstopper in the room.

I bought a bunk bed for our small kiddos from Newport Cottages and it arrived a few days ago! We currently have our 3 boys in one room and needed more space. Our 3 and 5 year old's share the bunk bed and it has been working out great! They love it; it was an awesome purchase. So far it seems very sturdy, like legit sturdy and the quality is amazing.

This is precisely what we had hoped for. We had been searching for a new bed for our daughter since she's getting a little older and after much searching online and in stores, we ordered one from Newport Cottages for our first time
The staff was so nice and helpful throughout the process. They had a way better selection compared to other children stores we had looked at. The print and wood quality are both amazing. The bed was shipped to us on-time and was very simple for us to put together. All we really had to do was transfer our existing crib's mattress into the new toddler bed!

Absolutely love Newport Cottages and their children's furniture! We visited while I was pregnant and have since made a few orders online as well. Their prices are totally comparable to Pottery Barn or even Amazon and I'd much rather support a small business in the Newport area. The quality of the furniture I bought are perfect-- very safe material for my kids.
Customer service is always so helpful and makes everything very stress-free. Highly recommend to any new parent or anyone looking to create their baby's dream room! :)

I ordered my furniture in November 2020 it is May 2021 now and I have still not received it. They send out emails to customers stating that it will only take 16 weeks to get your babies furniture and its a lie. I messaged them multiple times through instagram and they finally said that it would be shipped out end of April and it still hasn't been shipped. The store I ordered the furniture from follows up with them all the time and they have a hard time getting through. I know my furniture is ready to ship, at least that was the last update that the store was given. But why has it not been

New parents should stay away from this company. This is the second review I've posted - my Facebook review was taken down (of course, which just further verifies everything I am writing here). This company does not stand behind their products or vendors. I ordered a furniture set through a retailer. Newport Cottages selected a shipping company and the furniture arrived damaged. After requesting that we allow a repairman into our home during COVID, which we did, Newport Cottages disputed the repairman's report that the furniture should be replaced. I cannot get any contact or satisfaction

Furniture is nice looking, but they are extremely slow and don't deliver on their estimated timeframes, by weeks, if not months. When I initially ordered the cribs and dressers for out twins nursery, the items were delivered months after the original date given. Now, I ordered their toddler rails, which should be easy and quick, and it has been almost 10 weeks and now they're telling me that the order was misplaced and it will be another 8 week. They also said that they will not offer a rush option, even in this scenario. Terrible and careless customer service! I have twins that desperately need

I ordered a crib and dresser when I was 20 weeks pregnant with the understanding that it would take 8 weeks to make. I am now 36 weeks pregnant (16 weeks later) and my furniture is yet to even be shipped. After threatening to cancel my order today, I’m now being told it is shipping tomorrow, and it will be an additional 14 business days, which is three weeks at which point I’ll be 39 weeks pregnant. I clearly cannot set up a nursery without the main furniture or have a place to bring my baby home from the hospital to as a result of this insanely slow shipping and production. This is totally

The nightstands starting chipping within a month of me having them. The store I purchased it through contacted the company and they replaced them which was great however they started chipping all over again! The 2 nightstands they sent are not even painted in the same way. One is more white than the other...

If you have any sort of timeline, run away from this company now! Ordered a dresser in early June for my baby due in mid-September. Wanted to get it in time to complete the nursery and get the clothes in the drawers. Their advertised 6-8 week production time which would have worked out fine. Dresser should have shipped July 25-August 7. I heard nothing. I sent two emails that went unanswered and then called. Amazing customer services, prices, and shipping! I emailed them with a question and they answered very early the next business day. We found our baby furniture locally but it was very expensive. We saved about $1800 with Newport Cottages. And we couldn't believe how fast it shipped! We placed the order Monday night and the furniture arrived at our house in Temecula on Friday! We are recommending this company to all of our friends and family!!!

The store has a great selection of baby furniture and everything you need for your little one. We ordered the crib and dresser from Newport Cottages and they both arrived very quickly. I plan to use them when the baby's here so that I can support a local business. Also, their prices are very good - the furniture was less expensive than at a similar store in Riverside.

We just purchased a bed here for our toddler and we are very happy with the quality of the bed. The people working here were very helpful, and didn't mind when they were finalizing paperwork I saw a bed I liked better than the one we initially were looking at, so they changed the order without any issue. The bed was delivered when they said it would be, and the guys who set it up were amazing. Great service!

If you are looking for unique and beautifully designed childrens furniture with excellent quality, this is the best place. We recently replaced my daughter's bed and dresser with a gorgeous one from the Beverly Collection. It looks so nice in her room. My son also has enjoyed his Newport Cottages dresser and trundle bed for years. We furnished our Big Bear cottage with two sets of bunk beds and dresser from here when my kids were young and boy did they love those beds! They have so many color and fabric choices and they worked with us to create exactly what we wanted. I only wish they made

Took my little nephew here to look for a gift for a baby shower I would be attending! Such a great store and the staff was great about helping me with all my questions! The staff was great with my nephew as well!
They carry products that you wouldn't find in a lot of places! Major plus! Love the fact that it is family owned!

After my last posting I was actually contacted by Christina, the owner of Newport cottages! Apparently there was a long line of miscommunication that she was unaware of. She is delightful and we had everything figured out by the end of the 1st phone call:) I just received my new bookshelf, which is PERFECT in every way!! The support and constant feedback I received this time was amazing! The customer service was outstanding, and I am actually planning on shopping here in the future! So excited to have a beautiful, FLAWLESS, bookshelf for my son! Thank you Christina and staff for listening and helping

I've had my Newport Cottages Panel Crib for 5 years now and its the absolute best crib out there!! I originally chose this crib because I figured it would last me forever so I could just change the color of the panels if I ever had a boy..well that didn't happen :) I recently sent it to be refinished to the new Raspberry color and its looks gorgeous!!

Store was completely empty when I came in with my husband and the manager was standing behind the counter the entire time I was in there never got so much as a hello. Aside from the pretentious staff they have some beautiful pieces of furniture which can be customized to your specifications and carry a lot of other great brands (aden and anais, little giraffe, dwell, puj, blabla, jellycat, 4moms, orbit ect). If they hired friendly helpful staff I think this store would have better reviews.
