We are new to Allen and we wanted a window cleaner that would do a great job and be dependable and trustworthy. When we googled for such the person at the top was George! He could not have been all that we were looking for and more. Didn't realize how dirty our windows were until after he and his crew were through with them. Love having my blinds open now! George was able to deliver an on-site quote the same day of inquiry in the rain. He then also was able to squeeze us in before an event the same week helping us out tremendously. Would absolutely hire them again / recommend.

George came to my house prior the service to give me a quote. He saw everything and agreed on the price. When he came to clean, he was missing equipment, charged my wife more than agreed originally (I needed to step out of meetings to renegotiate over the phone ...). and the most important thing- he didn't do a good job! I wouldn't recommend his services.

I really wanted to give George the benefit of the doubt. I emailed him about window cleaning after the Christmas holiday to get our windows cleaned from the window art. He was quick to respond, which was great but he didn't arrive until after we closed (6pm). The next day we came and there was still a Christmas tree painting on the door, meaning he didn't even touch the door to clean it. I called him and he apologized and said he would be there that afternoon. Well again 6pm came and he didn't show up. But the next day it was gone so he showed up after hours. It's hard
