In the spring of 1999, Charles Adams founded Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET) to serve federal agencies throughout the Federal Government with a focus on the Intelligence Community (i.e., CIA, DNI, NGA and NSA), Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, and Defense Health Agency.

I am a current full time employee of the Aberdeen Proving Ground location of ACET and I like working here. The atmosphere is friendly and the building itself is great both in design and location. ACET is a Veteran Owned organization with experienced mid and senior leadership who are determined to grow the business. I believe the benefits & pay are competitive and I see a great chance for advancement here. I would certainly recommend it to a friend.
