I went in to get my son’s Razor dirt bike fixed. I asked how long it would take till they get back to me. As to what is the issue and all. I was charged $34.50 to get a look at it. So anyways..I asked the man attending me (can’t recall his name) how long would be and he said about a day or two. I dropped of on September 6. I called a week and a half in, because understand sometimes things take longer than usual. I was being patient. So when I called I got the we haven’t gotten a look at it because there is 10 ahead of you. Really??? Why don’t they tell you the truth before dropping off

Ok, so I had a last minute carpet and furniture clean and needed to go to the closest place on the way to the job. I use the Kirby Cleaning System and needed Kirby Shampoo...or did I? When I walked in I was greeted by a very helpful person and the shop was clean, warm and for a janitorial supply..it was cozy. They did not have Kirby Shampoo. I asked if he had a comparable dry foam concentrate. He did..Almost 10 dollars cheaper. Same dry foam..same carpet protection, the fresh sent of the cleaner he helped me find is way better than the heavy almost wet dog smell that happens with Kirby Shampoo

I have my four Oreck vacuums serviced here. They have a wonderful service department that is knowledgable and has a quick turnaround time. From a general tune-up to replacing damaged parts they do it all. They call you with an estimate before going work outside of the initial tech review. Your equipment comes back clean and ready to use. Friendly, courteous, and helpful. I understand hey also service some Fisher-Price and Razor Scooter electronics.

This is a great example of a family owned business that still cares about customers. They are fair and honest and put customer service ahead of anything else. I have worked with All-Type Vacuum for over 12 years both as a customer and a vendor and I would send anyone in their direction. Absolute 5 Stars.

Taylor was very professional. He made sure all our needs here at Extraspace was taken care off. What an awesome and pleasant person . I congratulate all type vacuum company for having a professional person work at there company. I will recommend all my other sister sites to them if they ever need service.

I brought in my vacuum for repair in early August. I was told it was a simple repair, but it would take a week to get the part and I would be called when the repair was completed. Three weeks later no one had called me. When I called, my order could not be located. When it finally was, I was told that the part I needed had to be "batch ordered," which is to say I had to wait until my order became part of a larger order. No one had told me this; I would not have left the vacuum there had I been told. But I was assured it would now happen shortly, so I went ahead. Two weeks later I called again.
