Very unprofessional and sneaky. Which is sad, considering they are supposed to help provide protection.
1. The customer service is awful. You will have to call one number just for them to take a message and have another department call you in "1-3" business days. If you miss the call, then it's "not their fault people don't answer". So no option for immediate resolution. Also, when asking to speak to a supervisor, you will be turned down because " it is not their responsibility to handle this" or "they do not have permission to give out supervisor's names".

Honestly surprised they're still in business. I worked for this company a few years ago. I can honestly say this was the worst place I've ever worked in my life. And I can enjoy most any job as long as I'm treated like a human being and I don't feel like anything wrong is being done in the company. Well, you can surmise my experience with this company from that.
The owners and most top earners of this company do not care about you, the customer support is treated like trash and too beaten down to help you, the salespeople will say and do what they need to to get your money. I highly HIGHLY suggest

I am very pleased with my AMP service. I am extremely impressed by Armida. My issue was an unusual one. She was very professional, friendly, helpful, and persistent. She was determined to help find the solution no matter what. She had to contact several people to help find a solution. She always kept me informed with texts and calls. I felt so lucky. The solution has now been determined!😊

We signed a 3 year contract with Amp Security in February 2019. We had several service issues throughout our time and often had to have a representative come out to fix the security system or replace parts. Nearing the end of our contract in October 2021, we called Amp Security to make sure of the steps on how to cancel the service and not auto-renew. I spoke to a representative and they informed us that we could call the month prior to the auto-renew to cancel our service. On January 12, 2022, I called Amp Security to cancel the service and find out how to return their security system. I was told

Scammy sales tactics for equipment and a service so bad it deserves a reality tv show. Our cameras have work less than they have been down, the cancellation fee is more than just paying monthly for the next 5 years and we can't set the alarm because the cats will set it off and the sheriff will show up(has happened to which we got a bill from the sheriff since nothing was wrong). The tech was nice enough. But installation was questionable. They've come back 3 times to fix just the installation part; mind you the cameras still don't work. Now the problem is with my router? While nothing else connected

Recently I had some bad experiences with the number of clips I wanted to have reduced and other issues. Today I spoke with a customer service representative named Pearl and she was great! She took the time to listen to what I had to say and reviewed my account. Yes there was some confusion but Pearl took very good care of me. Thank you for your time and patience. If it were possible to rate a company zero stars I would. I am posting as a public service announcement for anyone who is considering this firm to read every single line in the contract. This company is absolutely deceitful in their business practices in forcing individuals to renew for a three year term as soon as their contract expires and charge an exorbitant fee to break the contract. Any firm that provides the excellent services that they claim to have would not need to resort to such tactics. The sales person misled me, the installer was inexperienced and unprofessional and when you call

Worst company ever. The sales rep comes into your house and lies by telling me I get all this free stuff and tricks you into some three year contract. Would be fine if it worked after the second tech came in and asked to make sure both doors were online. Called to try and return equipment and get out of the contract and they said some ridiculous I had to pay ridiculous amount to cancel. Garbage console can't hear doorbell, I can't say enough bad about this company.

Awful company. They don't disclose all the information to you regarding the contract. We have had the service for three months and it has worked for maybe a month and half. Scheduled techs to come out and repair, first appointment no show, second appointment no show. Currently on my third appointment told they would be here at 10 still waiting for someone to arrive. && there is no way to get out of the contract so just paying $80 a month for a system that doesn't even work.

Just had this system installed in my home and so far the experience has been very good. The 5 year contract made me kind of uneasy but it was a trade off for not having to pay for the equipment, installation and the 50% reduction on the monthly monitoring service for the length of the contract term. I also liked that I finally got a doorbell camera without having to pay a dime for it. The rep Angela was full of energy and thorough with her presentation of the system. She even stopped by on the day after installation to answer and address any issues. In the coming days I will be able to see how

Chris Wisbey from AMP Smart came by my home and knocked on my door at 10pm at night, and then rudely invited himself into my home - walked right through the front door without asking - and began looking around.
We never invited him in, it's 10pm on a work night, and he's asking questions about our smoke alarms and existing security systems. What kind of a company trains their people to walk into people's homes without asking?
I will NEVER use AMP Smart, and will go out of my way to tell people about my experience with you. This was totally unprofessional, a massive breach of privacy
