The Pels lawfirm was extremely helpful with my personal injury case.
I have several reasons why I feel this way, most of which I will not list because of the nuances of the case.
However, Mr Pels was always responsive an professional in his interactions with myself and family.
In addition, he kept our expectations reasonable in terms of timing and conclusion.
Although this was a relatively small monetary case, it was a large impact for my peace of mind, and as such, I am very grateful for Mr Pels', and that of his staff, persistence and patience in bringing it to a close.

My husband and I have had a two-decade long association with the Pels Law Firm.
When we first met Jon Pels, we were at our wit's end. Our newly online purchased, first-in-Maryland, Zero-emission, ZAP electric car conked off on its maiden ride. Right at the delivery, smoke started coming out of its electric panel, and the breaks, too, failed.
We were extremely frustrated by the run around that we got from the Distributor who refused to take any responsibility for a car that could neither be parked safely nor could it be driven.

Ms. Olsen was everything I had hoped my former "high priced" attorneys would have been. In addition to being an honest, kind-hearted and decent person, Ms. Olsen is an impassioned and gifted orator who's Courtroom presence dwarfed opposing counsel. She took my case to heart and was incredibly prepared for trial. She really turned the tides in my favor where my previous attorneys had failed. Don't be fooled by her warm demeanor and likable personality, Ms. Olsen easily overpowers opposition in the Courtroom and is incredibly fast on her feet.

Mr Pels and Firm were of extraordinary help to me and my case. When no one else could make headway, Mr Pels resolved all the issues. My case was somewhat unique and changeling in ways that all of the other Attorneys I brought it to were politely not interested. I did not think my case was about "Big Money", but i was wronged and wanted at least my day in Court. Mr Pels gave me a more than satisfactory conclusion to a difficult case. Maria Olsen got me results! Maria was referred to me by a friend to see if she could help me with a problem client. Maria listened to my problem, asked me questions and heard me when I said I wanted to get results but I did not want to go to court if possible. Once Maria accepted to work on my case, she was on it!
Maria was very pro-active and professional with me, making sure that I provided her with the documentation and information she needed to best serve me, and she acted quickly and responded back to me
