I had stumbled across this website, and in reading the reviews i was very nervous and skeptical. There was two reviews that made this business seem fraudulent and that is far from true. My purchase was online and shipped out of state since i am in California. This is my first time purchasing from el paso rugs and I am so pleased with this small business and will highly recommend! I personally spoke to Rick to ask about the product and if i would get it in time. He said he would try his hardest to get it painted and shipped out as soon as possible a few days later i emailed to get a confirmation

Owner was very nice and helpful. He gave us a tour of the boot making facility next door, and told us about his life in Alaska. Worth stopping for. We bought two small woven rugs. Thanks!

He sent me a picture of a rug, which I thought he was substituting for one that was out of stock, so I said it was fine. Instead I got 4 of all the same pattern which was not at all what I needed or ordered. I spent over $200 on rugs that I didn't really
