These hand paintings are done in great detail and superb workmanship right here in our show room. Made from Tarahumara indians in traditional ways our Tarahumara pottery and kiva products are the finest in the market. These items make for perfect southwest decor for your home or garden. I had stumbled across this website, and in reading the reviews i was very nervous and skeptical. There was two reviews that made this business seem fraudulent and that is far from true. My purchase was online and shipped out of state since i am in California. This is my first time purchasing from el paso rugs and I am so pleased with this small business and will highly recommend! I personally spoke to Rick to ask about the product and if i would get it in time. He said he would try his hardest to get it painted and shipped out as soon as possible a few days later i emailed to get a confirmation

I ordered 4 different rugs on the website. I never got any kind of confirmation of the order. I called four times over the course of a week and a half, leaving my number. No one ever answered the phone and I never got a call back. I then put a dispute in with my credit card company to cancel the transaction. Suddenly, I got a call from the owner. He sent me a picture of a rug, which I thought he was substituting for one that was out of stock, so I said it was fine. Instead I got 4 of all the same pattern which was not at all what I needed or ordered. I spent over $200 on rugs that I didn't really
