This office needs to work on their customer service skills. I do not look forward to calling them when I need something. They are either clueless or don't care. There is also a big lack of communication with their staff. I usually always have to repeat myself with whoever answers the phone and no not take or pass along messages to the technicians or managers. I am trying to get reimbursed for a BIPAP machine I had to purchase out of pocket and it is like pulling teeth. It is very frustrating dealing with them. I have stayed with them for over 5 years in the hope that they get better. But I am losing

My husband has used Inmon Respiratory Services for a number of years. At 5:05 pm last Friday he called to request a technician to call or service his oxygen concentrator as it was making a loud alarm sound. Oh they close at 5pm on Friday. His call went straight to an answering service who contacted the technician. My husband is on oxygen 24/7 and you would think an answering service and a tech on call was available to take care of patients who are oxygen as being a life-threatening if without. I admit my husband was upset after a couple of trial system tests with the tech that did not work he said

Although it's currently hard to get to Inmon because of major road construction on Corona Dr., it's well worth the effort to go there. The employees are friendly, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. I'm on Medicare and every t has to be crossed and i dotted in order to receive CPAP supplies. The personnel know the ins and outs of Medicare; therefore, their advice and knowledge is invaluable.

Friendly receptionists. And that's it. There's no communication between my doctor and this business or myself for that matter. I received a slightly defective cpap machine from them. And, I'm supposed to be compliant with the rules of my insurance concerning this cpap and supplies. I was notified about these compliance rules 2 months after I received the cpap machine. The only time I was in contact with Immon was when I called them or when I received calls saying that I was non compliant and they wanted to come by and take my cpap machine back. I received 6 calls in 8 months. The last call was
