Unique provided a wide variety of options for us to replace the 30 year old flooring in the home we purchased in July 2021. They were knowledgeable regarding flooring products and patient with us as we sorted thru the types and color issues. The crew that did the demolition and install were very consciences in protecting our property and working around us and our animals for the 8 days the project took. The did and superb job in finish work and clean up. We strongly recommend Tony and the Unique Flooring crew.

The owner Tony and his team Elvin and Jose were amazing. They did a stellar job on our brand new vinyl flooring throughout the entire house. First let me start off by saying that Tony and his crew are the perfect example of what customer service is suppose to be. From our fist interaction and impression we knew they were going to be the company we would work with.
Even though they’re a small family owned business, they have a gargantuan selection of product. We got luxury vinyl plank installed in our house and it looks beautiful! Prompt, polite, and professional! Very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable in their showroom when selecting flooring for an entire 2200 square foot house. They came out and measured my house the same day. Pricing was great!
Fantastic communication and started the installation earlier than planned. The crew were true craftsmen and their attention to detail was awesome to watch. They finished on time without any issues and the floors look beautiful. I look forward to working with them again in the future!

I wanted to confirm my experience with Tony who came to give me bid on my flooring. He responded quickly to my request for a bid. He was on-time, polite, and was wearing mask. He listened to my need in flooring, he arranged for me to stop by and look at his showroom, and promptly gave me a very fair and clear bid. I would have definitely felt comfortable and would have hired Tony for job if it just involved the flooring. The only reason I decided on going with my previous kitchen/bath remodeling contractor was that Tony specializes in the flooring but does not do the other work I realized would

I had around 1000 ft of vinyl plank installed. The service the minute we walked in and met Tony (owner) was nothing but outstanding . I explained what I needed he came immediately and sent an estimate within 24 hours , every detail listed (professional). The price was guaranteed and inside my budget . The work was done by four guys whom were pure artists at their craft in addition Tony's wife Erica is watching the store with every answer you need . The cleanup was perfect and we are very excited about our new floors. I am new to writing on yelp but this family owned service was the best .

I can not say enough good things about the owner Tony and his team of professionals! Let me say I got multiple quotes and Tony's was the most competitive, I have a 2600 sq ft home with base boards and Vinyl flooring. They had to do demo, floor prep and installation. I had a small time line to meet and as soon as I signed the contract Tony's guys were on and crackin!! The worked all day and VERY hard! I met all of them and they were the most professional team!! Not only did they meet the dead line but there was NO hidden fees or extra cost!! And the results are BEAUTIFUL, 100% SATISFIED

Hey there Tony. Sorry to bug you on a Sunday, but I wanted to let you know that my stepson I have really gone over all the work here and you all should be very proud of what you do. I have have zero issues with any of the work your team has done. So impressed. The transitions... insanely clean. I can dust mop right over them. Unheard of. Also, the level of care taken with my home while I was hundreds of miles away. Absolutely commendable. If I hit the lotto, you will hopefully come back to do the upstairs. I hope you all continue to be healthy.

We have a rental that needed the bathroom subflooring replaced and new waterproof flooring installed ASAP. I called Tony late last Wednesday, he went to the home Thursday, opened his store early Friday, so I could pick out the flooring, engaged a contractor (Tino (T.M. Remodeling and Construction)) to replace the subflooring over the weekend, and by today (Monday), the new floor was in and it's perfect! I can't say thank-you enough, Tony. I am currently trapped in San Jose under shelter in place orders, unable to deal with the home improvements we had to do on our new home in Oceanside prior to move-in. Or at least I thought I was unable to… deal. Tony at UF has been super easy to work with remotely! His crew is very hard working, and doing quality work. I can’t wait to see the final product.
