This workshop is for everyone who wants to understand everything about setting and holding boundaries! Receiving direction from Spirit, Kathy will channel clear unaltered messages for the group as a whole and to individuals as guided. Kathy discusses the importance of the relationship you have with yourself, learning to put yourself first, and finding your true self. Kathy talks about the different levels of loving yourself and how our society emphasizes work over self-love. Kathy discusses how not loving your body, the food you eat, and thoughts/beliefs you have influence your vibrational frequency.

I found to Kathy in a point in my life where I needed answers, I need guidance and had no access to my inner compass nor my inner voice.

I worked with Kathy for several months starting last summer. It was a life changing decision for me. With her help I was able to let go of so many negative patterns that I feel like a new person.
