Dr. Sylvester graduated from the University of Missouri - Kansas City in 2006. After receiving his degree, Dr. Sylvester completed a one year, advanced education in general dentistry residency followed by an eight month long dental implant education. Using this post-graduate education, Dr. Sylvester is able to provide full mouth rehabilitation for patient's missing one or all of their teeth.

New patients often ask if they can have their teeth cleaned during their first visit. Your dental treatments usually begin with a follow-up visit, often scheduled as soon as the next day. We need to see you first for a comprehensive exam and then schedule adequate time with your hygienist. We ask our patients to bring current x-rays with them on their first visit.

Love, love, love thus place. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I have a very small mouth and know it can't be easy to work with however the doctors never complain and are very gentle. They also have a great device for taking x-rays---no more painful cardboard poking into your cheeks. Make an appointment. You will not be disappointed.

I've been very pleased with the service and treatment I've had at this dental office over the last few years. The dentists and other professional staff are extremely kind and caring. The services they provided to me have been excellent. And, they were pain free. I am thankful that they provide a wide variety of dental services, including treating children. I called one day to inquire about implants. I was given an appointment for the very next day! I was a little apprehensive , but immediately put to ease. The Dr. and everyone were extremely nice. After explaining the procedure and timeline, I got another appointment to begin the procedure. I was very very pleased with everyone! At that first appointment of the procedure I was given a full schedule for the complete process, from beginning to end. I have now completed three of the six appointments . I am thrilled to death with everything, the Dr., the staff the entire place. I will certainly recommend

I am with out a doubt the most fearful person when it comes to having dental work done from horrible trauma suffered as a youth which plagues me 50 yrs later. i researched many called many explaining my fears & was rebuffed. When I called the people at Mini Dental Implant office the were very kind and listened to my fears made my appointment,got there was so scared i threw up. I saw a wonderful team of people and dentists that didn't make me feel stupid for being scared.Now i'm looking forward to my next appointment to get my work started, Will post again when the dental work starts they are giving
