Our Mission is to create and sustain a Patient Centered Medical Home for the families of Orange County and the surrounding care area. In doing so, we offer an authentic patient/physician partnership that provides continuous, coordinated and comprehensive care. Orange Family Physicians Medical Home will be regarded as the primary care Provider of choice in the community we serve.
Orange Family Physicians provides comprehensive health for every member of your family with services ranging from a newborn check up to management of chronic illness in the elderly and every age in between. Annual Wellness Checkups - This once yearly preventative health exam is completed with a patient who is not presenting any symptoms of an illness in order to provide the physician with a baseline for healthy behaviors.

One of the worst experiences with general physician office ive ever had. We went for a Covid test, when they found out we weren't vaccinated after coming back positive got kinda blown off. My wife had to ask for something for cough despite telling doctor symptoms. They do not return calls. Gave them a form for my insurance TWO WEEKS AGO that just needed a little info and signed. When i had Covid i called in trying to get a script for medicine i left several messages and got no response. Ive called a handful of times since and in 2 months haven't gotten one return call

I've always had a good experience with this practice, they are super busy and I expect it to be hard to get someone on the phone due to this and I just kept calling back if I didn't get through. I love doctor Sylvester and the staff is always kind and respectable. Today I brought my mother in who doesn't EVER go to the doctor because of a awful head/chest cold and I probably won't ever get her back in to one. I have a cough, but she ten times worse than me. The staff was respectable even having to work in pouring rain..they made us take a covid test, and the doctor came out

Still waiting on a call about my COVID test result. They said they would call last evening at the very latest. I have called in 3 times asking about it, with no luck. I get out on hold or told “the doctors busy, but I’ll tell her to call you.” Very frustrating. By the time i get the test back it won’t make any difference since my 10 days will be up

I came in for digestive issues. I was sent inside then told i had to wait in my car because i had covid symptoms. When the Doctor came out he did the regular checking, ear ,eyes, nose, and listening to lungs. Says Im wheezy. Has already asked if I had vaccine. Says hes going to treat me for respiratory infection. I ask about the reason I came in. He tells me I cant do the exam in car and if vaccinated I wouldnt have to deal with this.Also says i need to be tested for covid when i just told hom i was tested at work. It comes back negative. So why cant I be seen inside now. So instead Im still sick

I have been a patient here at OFP for over 12 yrs and while I respect the people here and feel I get good care it is ridiculous the amount of wait time you tolerate here .If I have ever been seen ontime I don't remember it...I am currently past the 3hr mark and I came for a covid test if I have it I'll be over it before I find out if I have it...they have a large staff and so why is it so slow to be seen ??

My doctor is great and has a history of doing well for me. My problem is that I was given a vaccine which is not covered under my Medicare.Part B and also not covered by my Medicare supplement. It could possibly be covered by my prescription plan but OFP refuses to file it so now they want in excess of $87 for the vaccine and will not help me recover the money. Be careful people.

I was there for over 3 hours just to do a COVID test. When it came back positive and Dr. Sylvester found out I had not been vaccinated, his demeanor completely changed. I went on a Wednesday and he gave me a work notice to go back that following Monday which was not even 10 days from when the symptoms first started like sheet they handed me stating if it was positive. My work even questioned the doctors note because he also didn’t fully fill it out. I will NEVER go back, it’s also hard to reach anyone over the phone.

To sum up of my visit I would say a waste of time, for the majority of it I'm to blame.
First of all. I thought my appointment was at 10:10. Reason being because I have lots of appointment always, that time. I set the real time on my phone in my calendar which I completely forgot to look at all morning.
I take responsibility in being tardy to a 9:30 appointment.
What gets me is no one absolutely no one remind me of this the entire 30 mins I sat in waited for the physician. Trust me the doctor is worth the wait. It wasn't until some unidentified person came to tell me after, I already check in

I have been going here for 25+ years. Occasionally I may have a bad experience, not with Dr. Wolanski. I really like Dr Wolanski and always try to see him! He has always been right on with my diagnosis. I would rather wait then see someone else. Once I injured my back and was told I had a herniated disc. Wasn't improving. I saw Dr Wolanski, he did exam etc. Sent me to a specialist, he didn't like what he saw. I had fractured vertebrae, ended up with rods and pins in my back. Thank you for being my doctor! There has been so many other times I know that you put me on the right path and saved my life

Usually do not do reviews but this place is very hard to reach. You can call back to back and not speak to anyone. If you do then you get transferred to a nurse line and end up leaving a voicemail that they do not check regularly. I left a voicemail for the billing to pay a bill a month ago and still have not heard back. It has been times I left a voicemail for the nurse lines and will not hear anything back then I continue to call and will not get through to anyone. Not sure if they are lacking employees but they have to do better to care for their patients better.

We have been here twice. Both times they got us an appt same day. Even worked with my schedule so my child didn't have to miss school. Their front office staff is soooooo sweet and nice. The medical assistants or nurses are very sweet as well. They do not interupt or roll their eyes as you tell them symptoms, I've had that happen at other places. They actually wrote them down and told them to the provider. And when I've called to make appointments the lady is always very pleasant. This will be the only doctor's office my family and I will go to.

My spouse had become a patient and the rest of the family was asked to as well. I tried to make an appointment for my yearly physical. I was turned away. I was told to go to a ER when I mentioned I had been feeling dizzy. I went to my doctor in Richmond. He gave me a physical and helped me figure out what was going on. No need to go to the ER. I will not be going back to this office. I will not be bring the rest of the family as the had asked earlier in the year. You lost several patients.

I'm so grateful for a physicians practice that I can trust. Dr. Giese has been excellent in listening and caring for my needs. Coming from someone who is skeptical about medical care, OFP has been so good to me. They refer to the right places for the right care if they don't do it on-site. I've always been able to get an appointment when needed and I actually don't want to right a good review, for fear that they'll get so busy. But all the docs here are so caring and the whole practice has done great work for our local Relay for Life event in Orange each year with
