Dr Padron is awesome. His staff even better. He's a Dr that listens and looks for solutions. Doesn't just prescribe meds and sends you away.
I've been much better since seeing him. But if you don't make any attempts to get better then you won't.

Went to this pain management facility for 6 months.... Dr Padrone was a competent physician, office staff were unprofessional incompetent, Nicole was nice however the Puerto Rican or Mexican woman office manager was the worst most awful experience I've ever had at a Dr.'s office. One appointment another random doctor with a gel/cream topical ointment gave out samples... I then sarted receiving this useless medication every month and couldn't get them to stop. They kept billing my insurance company and their outsourced urine screens were being charged at a price range between $300-$600 scam after

I feel welcomed by the front staff (Nicole) the moment I walk into the office. Dr. Padron takes his time and always answers all my questions and addresses all my concerns. There is never more than 5-10min of waiting too see the Doctor. Most importantly Dr. Padron involves the patient into the treatment plan.
Highly recommend Park Ridge Pain.

At my third appointment in two months, I was hoping — after a month to obtain an MRI and another with a referred chiropractor— I was hoping to finally get the cortisone shot I had come in for initially. I was told I’d have to wait an additional SIX WEEKS! Since my this time my pain had become quite acute, I called another doctor who treated me THE NEXT DAY. A second visit was even more successful. Meanwhile, I would still be waiting to see Dr Padrone.
His staff was nice enough, but having to watch an opioid video and leave a urine sample at each visit was bizarre, considering I would have

Dr.padron and his staff are great, doctor listens to me and how I feel. Goes out of his way to find a treatment plan. I'm not just another patient to him. Dr.p and staff go out of their way to help. Jackie and Nicole are great and always have a smile on their face. It's a family practice, they always make you feel welcomed when you visit. Highly recommend this place, I currently live in Indiana and I make the trip out there once a month to see dr.p it's definitely worth the trip. If you're in pain and need a good family doctor and inviting place to go to this is the place!

The receptionist in this office is incompetent and lies, and then gets defensive and rude when she's called out on it. I saw the doctor once, for about 15 minutes and he seemed ok. I then wasted a month trying to get the office to respond to voicemails and emails sent to their patient portal. I needed an MRI, and couldn't get that scheduled because the order was never sent. They also never sent the order for physical therapy. Then I was given a prescription by that same receptionist that wasn't even signed. I've had to take time off of my job to try to get this taken care of, but I'm done. No matter

I have been going there for a few yrs now and Dr Padron has been very inspiring and helpful with my case and always nice and respectful. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The office staff is the most courteous and some of the nicest people I have met in a very long time.
This is the best clinic. I have ever been to.

The only Dr in northern Illinois I've seen that actually really helped me. Short wait room times, and he's not scared to give his patients the medication they need, unlike most local doctors who may as well tell you to eat an apple a day to keep the pain away. I'm able to work 16 hour shifts and a second job because of him. Before going there it was hard to get through an 8 hour shift without awful pain. The injection therapy on top of my meds helps that much more. I couldn't touch my toes before, now I'm back in the gym. A++ rating from my personal experience with him. Friendly staff too
