We respect your privacy. We do not sell or disclose your name or email address to anyone, and promise to only send you our informative newsletters about shop happenings, web site updates and new items. Welcome to Seaside Sewing & Quilts in Edgewater, FL, the "funnest" little quilt shop in town.

We're smaller than most, but our goal is to offer quilters a place where you feel at home, where there's always someone to greet you with a warm smile and where everybody knows your name. Our little store has almost everything a quilter could want. We have a selection of Batiks and a good selection of beach and tropicals.
Services
We offer Longarm Services for all your quilting needs and can handle quilts up to 110 inches wide. We charge $22/square yard (about 1.7 cents/sq inch) for Edge-To-Edge quilting with a 2 square yard minimum. We have hundreds of stitching designs to choose from or we may even find and download new designs if we don't have what you're looking for.
Typically, we can fit 1 yard of fabric into a 6"x9" envelope with postage about $3.00. We can usually fit 3 to 4 yards of fabric into a flat rate envelope and 5 to 15 yards into a medium or large flat rate box. We will do our best to fit your purchase into the smallest size box or envelope possible.
Trim all the selvages off the strips. Cut the first strip in half and discard one half. Join strips end to end. You should now have one long strip, 2 1/2" wide by about 1600" long. Press seams to one side. Bring the two ends together, right sides facing each other, making sure the strip isn't twisted.
Our UFO challenge was so popular last year that we are going to do it again. These must be projects you've already started and not projects you want to do. This year we are also having a Holiday challenge along with Late Night Sit-n-Sew. Each month we'll have a project for you to do for the next month's Holiday and if you complete it before the holiday and show Jeannette, you get an extra point on your UFO list.

Very nice shop. Super nice and friendly ladies working here! They have a long arm business, but I came to buy fabric. What they have is super cute -
plus maybe 30 bolts of darling sea themed fabric, but they don't have a lot of bolts overall. Perfect for a quick stop.

We found the women to be very friendly and helpful. The fabric selection was very good, with a large section of ocean-themed fabrics for sale! Lots of batiks too! They also do machine quilting as an added service once you finish your top! Would recommend!

I'm new to Quilting, actually just started on my second one, But I took my first one here to be long-armed and I was not disappointed the quilt came out beautiful! My husband looked at it and said it looked like I bought it. Can't wait to bring the next one! Thank you for your help and advice!
