Poor Quality and Customer Service. I spent over $7,500 with them on a loader and then a tiller. Loader is decent but the tiller is complete junk. The gearbox on the tiller lasted about 10 mins in soft ground and was leaking when I picked it up new. The dealership is replacing the gearbox but I am waiting two weeks for it. I called Woods and basically got a oh well, sorry for your luck story from them. The tiller is rated for 30hp and my 17hp Kubota tractor was apparently more than this piece of junk tiller could handle. Thought I was paying more for quality but boy was I wrong. Next time I will

Wish I could give a -10. Had the "opportunity" to meet the upper echelon of the company at a dealer meeting in North Carolina. They asked me how I like selling their product and I had nothing but good things to say about them and their implements! When I mentioned to them that I lose a couple customers from time to time due to their lack of urgency in shipping, they retorted "Well you should buy more items...." in a very sarcastic and demeaning way as they laughed me away from the table. As a smaller self start company I simply cant afford to over extend myself on inventory that i cant guarantee
