I am so happy with how our multiple projects turned out using Palacios Painting. We painted our kitchen cabinets, kitchen island, master bathroom cabinets, hallway cabinet, laundry room cabinets, guest bathroom cabinets, and did two statement plank walls.
The team who worked on our house was led by Jesus and two team members, they were so accommodating, friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Our toddler kept insisting on going up to them and greeting them twenty times a day and they were so sweet to acknowledge her.

Selected three painters with positive Yelp reviews for estimates on the exterior painting of my two story home. Even though estimates were similar, I was most impressed with Diego and Palacios Painting. The estimate included premium quality paint.
The crew showed on time and spent two days prepping which is key to a good paint job. The finished project showed first class attention to detail which included replacing some of the trim boards and stucco repair.

After getting several quotes I decided to go with Palacios. They provided a power wash for exterior of home, repaired cracks, primed, and painted. They were extremely professional and cleaned up after leaving each day. The workers were pleasant to work with.

Palacios painted all of the exterior trim on our large, rambling home in Alamo last summer - 60 windows, 24 French doors, eaves, etc. They did a complete and thorough job with great attention to detail. Diego was great to work with - very fast to respond and problem solve. Foreman Jesus was extremely diligent and accommodating as was the whole crew. Can recommend highly and would absolutely use again.

I hired Palacios Painting to repaint the interior of my home in Oakland prior to moving in. I enjoyed working with Diego and his team, and I was happy with the results. I got 3 quotes before finalizing and I felt like Diego's prices were fair and reasonable. Working him was really easy and his crew worked very quickly. When we moved into our home, the walls were orange, yellow, and beige. We knew right away we wanted to paint our walls white to keep it looking bright and modern. Diego was very thorough when he came out to quote the job. He helped us choose the right color and suggested ways to save money. We ended up choosing a white color that would not contrast too much with our current trim and one that could be painted walls to ceiling. We skipped over closets and doors as they were already in good condition. The job was completed within the estimated time frame and his pricing was very reasonable and hard

Used Diego and his team to paint our condo and it looks fantastic! He was able to complete the work over a few days and was really responsive and helpful working around our work schedules. He also textured our ceilings which came out great, and made sure he checked in with us that we were happy with the texture before moving on to painting the walls.
Overall the process was easy and the pricing fair. I don't know that I would've gotten better pricing elsewhere. Will use Diego again for a bathroom and kitchen project we are thinking of doing.

One of the best painters in the Bay Area!! so glad we found them! have been wsiting to get some of our rooms painted, couple of walls highlighted, and hallway done for couple of years (as only found highly priced painters in danville)!
Diego and his team did an amazing job! super fast finished in less than 2 days, reasonably priced, and very high quality, precise, clean work. Diego provided perfect input (when asked), was flexible with additional rooms added (accomodated us even with other work), friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with. Diego and his team were very professional and very good at what they do. He gave me an unbeatable price for our interiors painting. We got our whole home painted including ceilings and trim. They were very trustworthy and I felt confident to leave the house at their disposal while I had to run my errands. They did a good job and we are very satisfied with their work.
