As a dental assistant, I have worked with many doctors. I was Dr. Nevarez's first assistant and had the honor of working with her for many years. She was patient, taught me a ton of stuff and always did what she could to help her patients. She never spoke badly about anyone and her happiness and positive energy makes her office shine. After working with other doctors I realized not all of them are ethical and not all of them actually care about helping their patients. Dr. Nevarez does. I drive an hour and a half to see her because she is that fantastic. She does anything she can and goes above

Pathetic office staff! Showed up for basic cleaning and they wanted to charge over $200.
Rude staff except for gentleman with long hair up front. The other woman that came out was worse!
Never ever will I go back! I guess that’s why the lot is empty.
My last cleaning was $125 in June. I also had X-rays and paid for whitening tray which brought the cost over $250 which was no problem.
Now your front office claims I paid almost $300 for cleaning in June! False! On a final note I’ve had superb dental care since I was 5 years old and consistent with excellent oral hygiene.

Sat in the lobby for over an hour yesterday because they forgot me (2nd time this happened). Lost one of my insurance checks and tried charging me $2000 for a crown, but after waiting 2yrs for them to figure it out I called insurance myself and had a new check issued in 10mins. Dr. Parajon and Joy, my hygienist, are great at what they do and the new office staff seems to be doing better. Very nice people, always feel welcome and comfortable.

We love this dentist office. We have been going here since we moved from New York 4 yrs ago. Joy is an absolute asset there. She is always friendly, sweet and so gentle. She is courteous and always treats my family like her own.
The office staff is fantastic too. Always calling to check up on us and always consulting us before they do anything that isn’t covered by insurance. We highly recommend them!
