We closed 3 loans with Local Mortgage within 6 weeks. The origination process and pricing were incredible - stellar service and responsiveness. This was the easiest closing I ever had! We did close in 21 days and I own a real estate LLC and a few other properties. Wells Fargo did it in 2 months for my previous purchase!
