Driving through to order food, I rolled down my window only to hear something weird and saw my driver side window going down crooked. I called Steve and after discussing what happened, he concluded it was a clip that broke. He ordered the window and said he'd be at my house at 7:30 a.m. He was on time. Did the work and was on his way by 8:10. I am so impressed! And the cost was very reasonable!!! I highly recommend!

Amazing service from Steve!!! I called because I had been told by a door-to-door glass salesperson that the 'seal' around my windshield, which had come loose in one spot, was compromised and I had to replace the glass.
Steve spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me and reviewed pics. Turns out the 'seal' was just decorative plastic that I can glue back down (the glass is sealed from below). Saved me a lot of $$$, If I EVER need new glass I know where to go!!! Thank you!

I filed a claim through Progressive to replace my mom's windshield. Progressive recommends Safelite Auto Glass, however, their reviews weren't great so I did some research of mine own. I found Steve's auto glass and decided I would go local instead of through a bigger company. So glad I did! After I submitted the appointment request through progressive, Steve called me within a few minutes and was able to come out the next morning bright and early. He was on time, extremely professional, and got it done super fast. I will only contact Steve for my auto glass needs from now on.

Completely unprofessional. Personally messaged me and insulted me when I decided to go with a different company that was able to do good work in a quicker time frame. He seemed to be under the impression that simply because I enquired about his business, I owed him by business. Absolutely would never consult with Steve again. He is rude and disrespectful

I researched several windshield replacement companies and decided to go with Steve’s. I am so happy with every aspect. When I called I left a message and within 20 minutes or less I received a call back. Even though my Insurance Agent okayed the replacement they didn’t provide me with the third party administrator that actually allows the repair. Steve was well aware of this and provided me with the information I needed to proceed with the replacement of my windshield. It’s good to know that people can help and care enough to go the extra mile and actually care about others…great customer

I had Steve's Auto Glass replace the windshield of my 2007 Mustang GT this morning. He got me the exact windshield (logo and all) that the car came with. I am so happy. Our appointment was for 7am and Steve was here at exactly 7am. The entire replacement was finished in an hour! Steve gave me clear instructions about driving the car today as it related to the adhesive used in the install. My insurance provider (Progressive) have him as a preferred installer. I now know why. Very professional and no mess left on site.
