I have been with Dr Ntonghawah for a few months now and I can honestly say she is one of the best psychiatrists Ive had. Dr Ntonghawah is very friendly and easy to talk to. She is understanding and works with you and your symptoms to find the right treatment. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder prior to seeing Dr Ntonghawah and my previous psychiatrist failed to treat my symptoms. After only a few months with Dr Ntonghawah we have figured out a promising method to treat my bipolar disorder. If i ever had an issue I could contact her through the patient portal and get a promptly response

A few times I've wanted to reach out regarding concerns with my medication and they've always done a great job at squeezing me in for an appointment and helping with any issues I may have. Dr. Asongtia is great, she always listens to my concerns and does her best to help me find the best fit for my medication. Very helpful and kind staff all around!

The receptionist is nice and understanding, but the doctor I was paired with and the staff overall I suppose did not understand that my legal name is not my preferred name and vice versa. This place came up in a search for trans-friendly psych services and this is not trans affirming at all. I'm now 5 days off meds from "miscommunication" despite making myself clear multiple times. I got seen quickly, but for maybe 10 minutes when I prefer longer to have my medication concerns met. I'm extremely frustrated.
