Provides caregivers available 24 hours a day for assistance with everyday activities like dressing, bathing, tolieting and medication management. Housekeeping, laundry and meals provided. Regular Social activities Sometimes provides transportation. Those listed on this site are in assisted living facilities and you need to be approved for Medicaid prior to moving in.
In the treasure valley the average assisted living community starts at around $2,000 per month. Keep in mind this includes the following- 3 meals a day and snacks, housekeeping, activities, medication management, assist with cares such as dressing, bathing, in/out of bed and many times a community van that transports to appointments on certain days.

Last month I was actively trying to find an Assisted Living facility for my father. I live in Montana so I was in a bit of a time crunch since I was taking time off from work to be there for him. We were having a hard time with what do we do with "DAD". I was contacted by Charity, she explained her abilities to help with our situation, so I agreed to give it a try. She showed us 2 nice homes with care givers, they were both excellent options, with in 2 days we got my Dad moved into a very nice home and care givers. Charity was a BLESSING! I was referred to her by a location that my mom couldn’t afford. I had been searching quickly and frantically due to an urgent situation. Charity was on top of our needs, my mom’s budget and changing needs during a very stressful week (that felt like 6 months). Charity was able to tackle the gathering of information and distill down what was needed and understood the medical terms to find the right location for my mom. Charity was simply lovely, and so very generous with her time and expertise in relation to our mother's placement! We are very grateful! We also benefited tremendously from her fabulous website with listing of up to the minute placements in the Boise area. This helped narrow our search considerably. With such an important and permanent decision to make, it is invalubale to be able to speak with those on the front lines who know the reputations of the various facilities. Charity has been a God send. She has worked tirelessly to set things up for my mother who needs assisted living in Idaho while I am in Colorado. It blows my mind to know that there is still loving, selfless people who will work so hard for a voice over the phone. I truly love her and appreciate everything she has done. My sisters and I call her our angel. We all live in other states and on a small window of time, had to get our mother into assisted living. We had 2 hrs to get a hospital bed from Knights of Columbus to the facility or lose it. Charity made it happen and so many other things for our mother. Thank you just doesnt seem like enough for your tireless efforts.
