Each of our New York Style pizzas and calzones are hand-tossed/crafted and baked in brick ovens. Every pizza and calzone must be rotated during the cooking process. You may experience longer service times, but our products are. Dear Valued Customer, Cataldo's is independently owned and operated with three locations to serve you. Unlike most of our competitors we do not use dough sheeters or presses. Nor do we use conveyor belt ovens. We use brick ovens. Our dough is made fresh daily and we only use premium ingredients.
