Jim Dillard has over 35 years of construction experience, as a Finish Carpenter, Framing Carpenter, Overhead Garage Door installer and as a General Contractor. He has owned Deserada Homes for over 23 years. His Business motto is "Quality, Professionalism and Service". To provide a high quality product, while all personnel conduct business and treat all customers with professionalism and offer the highest level of customer service.

DeAnn handles all of our market research, land acquisitions, and is a vital part to the Deserada Sales Team. Freda Cochran has been with Deserada Homes for over 15 years, She is the Office Manager and she also assists in the Sales Office and Design Center. Her knowledge, experience and friendly personality allow her to be welcoming and helpful to our clients.

Don't use them! At whatever cost!!! Do not use them!!! They don't honor anything in contracts and did the worst, most shoddy work I've ever seen! You have been warned.

This is my fourth new house and by far the lowest quality I have had. They apparently choose their subcontractors based on price and not skill or quality. There is also minimal supervision and it appears the subs are basically left to decide what is good enough quality on their own. I thought I was hiring a builder who would make sure things were done correctly with quality craftsmanship but apparently I was just hiring a scheduler, which I could have done on my own.
