Ok so I bought a mini van from RCU auto and loved it! Now it's time to trade it in and RCU offers me $12.5 k for it and I almost took it and I'd have to write a check since I owed $14 k. So I told my husband and he said try CarMax to sell our mini van. Went on Car Max website entered my van info and they said $16,800.00 sure enough that's what I got from CarMax. RCU is crazy low in buying cars, stay away.

I've bought and sold a lot of cars over the years and have worked with a wide range of dealers. This has by far been the best experience I've had with any automotive dealer. I had the pleasure of working with Joel Fine and the GM Tom Ausdenmoore, both of them were extremely responsive and easy to work with. In particular, the post sale support was OUTSTANDING. Since they are not limited to just what they have on their lot, I will absolutely be working with them for future purchases. They are well over 100 miles away from my home...but they have earned my business hands down.

Just bought a truck from RCU and it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few! I usually do my research and go into a dealership prepared to haggle and spend hours and hours. Sarah found the perfect truck for me (it was not in stock) and there was just nothing to haggle about. The price was just what it should have been. Sarah took care of getting the loan approval and I was out the door with my new truck in about an hour. No pressure. No haggling. No big spiel about extended warranties. It was a fantastic all around experience. I will never go anywhere else

I helped my daughter buy her first car at RCU a few years ago and remember how smoothly the transaction went. We worked with Joel Fine at RCU who was stellar. I stopped by RCU to have a look at their cars today and found just what I have been looking for. As luck would have it, Joel Fine was there again and made me feel so comfortable. I absolutely trust him and knew I was in excellent hands. Only 2 hours after arriving in their car lot I drove home in my dream car!

Purchasing from RCU was ridiculously easy. I called around 4:30 PM inquiring about my options for auto loans and rates (we had just remodeled our home, and I didn't know where we stood financially). My husband's truck was long in the tooth, and I wanted to get something more reliable for his commute. I spoke with Noah. He took down my information, and let me know he would get back to me in 30 minutes. 15 minutes later, he had some options, but needed clarification. Went in to buy my first vehicle and quickly realized we had come to the wrong place. As soon as we walked in Joel started with, "What do you need?" I responded with, "Well I'm here to look for a car." He sarcastically said, "Well we have those." It continued on for a minute after that and I let him know which cars I was interested in. I haven't had to purchase a car in years -- I was blessed by a loving family who just kept passing down their cars to me and I pass down to my daughter. Well, my daughter was in a pinch so I let her "borrow" my car. Because a few friends have had a great experience with RCU Auto, I thought I would take a look. I checked out their inventory on their website and found just what I wanted -- a newer Toyota Corolla with low miles -- which is just what I got. My husband and I went into RCU Wednesday afternoon to look around. We went in with a full lobby with everyone being helped. We had all day and we were in no hurry. We waited 10 minutes and then walked out to look at what was on the lot. We walked back in and still no one helped us even though they seemed to be just standing around talking. We were there 20 minutes and still no one helped us. They knew we were there because we had a very talkative 10 month old that employees stopped to make silly faces at. I would not buy a car anywhere else. We went on a Saturday morning at opening time, and just a few hours later, we had test-driven 3 used cars, secured our financing at a low interest rate, and were driving away in a pristine 2015 Camry with all the features I was hoping for, at a low blue book price I couldn't argue with.

This place is great! I highly recommend if you need to buy a car. We were in and out in about an hour and half. Michael White even made the experience enjoyable. We noticed a small ding in the windshield when we got home. They replaced the it and gave me a loaner until it was fixed. We are very happy and will go there again when we buy our daughters car. Two Thumbs up!
