Richard and his Team from CHI did an amazing job painting our full townhome, pressure washing outside, and full carpet cleaning to top it off. They left our home in amazing, clean condition. All this for a value that we can't believe! I highly reccomend CHI for these projects, and we will be welcoming CHI back to our home for some additional projects.

Beware. I had them do a small office renovation project that dragged on too long so I terminated early and paid them for the partial work so I could hire another contractor. A ladder belonging to me was taken by mistake after they picked up the unused building materials left at the site . Richard was responsive at first about retuning my property. After a week or so it was not returned and he ignored my subsequent phone calls, texts and emails.

I have had RVA repairs fix or replace almost all of my appliances. They are always upfront about costs and if an appliance is worth fixing or not. One of the most honest repair companies I have ever worked with. They aren’t like other companies that will just keep coming and charging you if they know something isn’t fixable. Always courteous, on time and professional. If you ever have an issue with their service it’s probably a you problem and not a them problem.

I initially contacted Richard to perform numerous projects around my home, but when I realized his business was flagged by the Better Business Bureau for fraudulently displaying their logo, I became very apprehensive to hire them. He assured me that there was a misunderstanding with the BBB, and that he did everything in his power to rectify that, and that it was completely false. He assured me that his business was reputable. Had a great experience with this company! We needed to have our basement painted, and we were on a very tight timeline because we had an unexpected floor installation bumped up on our schedule for work. I got a super quick reply from the business owner and he was able to pull together a crew to accommodate us in time to get everything painted before our floor install. The crew was on time, very professional and did an excellent job on the painting. I would highly recommend them for painting work and I plan to use them again for an upcoming door installation project!
