Russ came by to do a tune up and could see I had an old, slow, outdated PC. He recommended a refurb CPU, loading MS 10, syncing my printer, and transferring my files from my two old CPUs. There has been some learning curve but the outcome has been huge. Russ is great to work with and I have given his name to friends I know could use help as well. Russ is always responsive to my computer problems and questions. He answered a number of questions for me recently regarding whether or not to get a new router, or other options to extend the range. There was no charge for this email consultation. Other times, when Russ has come to my home to set up a new laptop or other services, he is always prompt, efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. I feel so fortunate to have Russ at PC Tuneup as my go to tech person.

Russ called me very quickly after I asked for help! We made an appointment for work to be done. Russ had the problems diagnosed and he verified that I wanted to continue with the work; he was quick to get my computer back to me and it runs like a charm! It's been a year that I found out about PC Tune-Up through some friends, my friend took my laptop to them n they fix it for me. They clear out all the viruses that the laptop had, I like the way they keep monitoring n cleaning all the viruses that I get everytime I use my laptop. They keep the viruses away n clean them out as soon as I get one, n now I don't have n more issues with the program/system every since. I love PC Tune-Up. It's quick and easy to make an appointment and the technician who came was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I didn't have to haul my computer to a business and leave it there because it was repaired right in my own home. I could ask questions and advice as to how to protect my computer better and avoid the problems that crop up. PC Tune-Up is the only repair service that I need for my electronic repairs. Thank-you!

PC Tune-Up fixed my computer - the first time. My mother and sister referred me to PC Tune-Up. They do not allow anyone in their house, but PC Tune-up is an exception, so I decided to try them out. I didn't want to trust my computer to some large company where it could be compromised. I felt better when I could see what was going on with my computer. I appreciated his professionalism and his considerate nature of my time and home. He was cordial and pleasant and he didn't come in and lecture me or make me feel uncomfortable.
