At Rochester Patio & Landscape, we provide a high level of decorative concrete installs, at an affordable price serving all of Monroe county as one of Rochester's premier concrete contractors. We offer high quality paver patios that are installed with great pride and to the highest standards. We are fully compliant with ICPI standards.
Please visit the patios section of our Gallery to see some of the patios that we have installed. Our standard concrete patios go great around pools due to a non slippery finish. On the other hand, we are able to provide a smoother finish in other areas around your home if you are interested. One of our personal favorite patio types is the flagstone patio that provides a natural look.
Using concrete pavers for patio construction is an especially good option if the patio is near a pool as the surface of the pavers are simultaneously smooth, ensuring a great look, while also being slip-resistant. Even if someone's feet are wet and the pavers are wet, they will not slip as the surface gives enough friction to prevent this.

Our process typically begins with a phone call to discuss what your landscape needs are. We then will come out to your home to gain an understanding of the work that needs to be done specific to your home and yard layout.

I just had about a 1000 Sq ft. stamped concrete patio done by Dylan @ RPL. I did my homework, I got several estimates and RPL was by far the best choice I could have made.
I have very high expectations and RPL met them all in price, service and quality. They will be doing the next phase of concrete work for me as well.
If you are considering any concrete work, you should at least give Dylan @ RPL the opportunity to provide you an estimate. He is very professional and is on site himself doing the work with his excellent team.

The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because of the price, which was fair.
Unfortunately, the work we hired this company for back in June, has not been completed, nor do we anticipate it being finished.
We were told the last day he worked on our patio that he was waiting on materials to come in to put the finishing touches on the job and would contact us the following week. The week came and went and I attempted to call them, leaving multiple messages asking when they would be able to come finish the job. More than a month went by before I heard from him saying he was out of town on

Absolute horrible service, and even worse work. Patio started cracking after one year. Ignored my mother for a whole year until, 2 years had passed. Then told her "these things can last for 1 year or 30 years" Super interesting considering other companies say completely different. I wouldn't recommend this service for my worst enemy. 0/5 stars and if you're okay with this work only lasting a year, THIS IS YOUR GUY.

Rochester Patio and Landscape did a great Job installing my new stamped concrete patio. I had signed a contract with another company, but they never showed up and stopped answering my texts. A second company would not even come out, they had me send them pics of the install site instead. A third company came out and wanted three times as much as my first two estimates. Rochester Patio and landscape came out and looked at the job site, gave me a competitive estimate and did the work when they said they would. I was even a little short on cash so they let me pay the difference later with no penalty

Dylan and his team installed a very large brushed concreate patio in April of 2020. With COVID the project was delayed a bit and he communicated a schedule status often. Once the work started and was completed, I could not be happier with he work. The patio is beautiful. His team was professional and super organized. Him and his team even went as far as to take some of the dirt that was dug up and place in in low spots in the yard and even spread it out for us. The old patio pavers they dug up were nicely stacked and placed in the yard for us to use else where. I would recommend and use them again

I've met Dylan and several other contractors before deciding to book the job with him. I told him my situation and wanted the patio in before the holidays, given a nice break in the weather, he was able to put his current job on hold for me and get it done asap. Ill definitely go back to him in the future for more work as well as other handyman work for my rental properties!
