Greg and his team were extremely ethical, professional and thorough in their handling of our flooded basement. We were not in town and yet he made us feel as though we were right there with him as he took care of our basement water problem! He sent photos and texts frequently that allowed us to monitor the progress in our basement.
When Greg arrived my finished basement was a soggy mess. Smelly, nasty, and despite my best efforts going in the wrong direction. A broken water line had drenched my carpeted floors with hot water for hours, and it got wet enough to start ruining walls, furniture, and more. I was truly at the end of my rope!

Dry Patrol particularly Greg were incredibly helpful, flexible and knowledgeable when our basement flooded. They resolved our issues quickly and entirely. Dry Patrol was also patient when our insurance took some time to process. We greatly appreciate Greg and all his hard work.

After experiencing a basement flood, now came the hassle of dealing with the insurance company, cleaning companies, blah blah blah. We wanted to deal with a local business and not some giant conglomerate not knowing who they would send into are home. We called Greg at Dry Patrol. He was super knowledgeable and professional. Answering all our questions and addressing our concerns. He was super busy after a rash of storms in our area but was able to dry out and sanitize our basement and items speedily. I called Dry Patrol of Akron, as I'm all about supporting local business, and Greg answered the phone right away. Right off the bat he was extremely professional and friendly. I told him I was seeing a small area of mold in my attic. Greg gave me great advise on how I could take care of the situation myself. He even recommended a roofer, as sometimes roof ventilation is the simple fix. Greg could have easily just told me he doesn't do that work and hung up. I appreciate him staying on the phone with me. Greg is the ultimate professional when it comes to water damage cleanup. Being a plumber myself, I’ve been recommending him to customers for years. I was so pleased with the service I received from Greg of Dry Patrol that I would recommend this company to anyone in need of their services. In April 2020, we had a big storm and a tree came through the roof of the house, causing major damage to my home and rain to pour in. My insurance company told me to hire a company to come in and dry things up asap.
