If you have any respect for your personal belongings do not stay at this location it was the biggest dump I’ve never seen management that was so rude and unhelpful and every way possible drove in turned around and left save yourself the hassle pay a little extra and go somewhere else
We pulled in stayed for about 2 hours then left when they demanded we stay in a spot 10 feet to small.
Per your reply- (you must be mistaking yourself… my children were never there, we never had any bikes nor did we unload anything)

I wouldn't stay or live in Eugene Mobile Village if it were the last place available, I'd rather park in Walmart parking lot for the night. Place is ran down, water is horrible definitely do not drink the water. Manager just made excuses for the shortcomings of the property. On top of that I was sick and wasn't able to walk to pay my rent for 2 months in a row. So, I had a friend take my rent check to the office, on the second month manager tried to make my friend sign the lease because he'd dropped my rent off for me due to me being sick and unable to. Long story short the owners/managers own

I stayed there for 2 nights on a weekend. PROS: quiet, convenient location from fwy 5 and downtown Eugene, friendly and courteous staff, friendly neighbors, great price. CONS: weak wifi signal (couldn't use), water has strong chemical odor, no world class landscaping. VERDICT: you get what you paid for. I just need a quiet place that no one bothers me. I'll stay again if I pass by that area.

It's been a while since we stayed but it was a nice and quiet place to stay. It is quiet with nice people that live there. I liked that I could do my laundry on site and they were working on fixing up the grounds. My only complaint would be the office secretary lady. The main manager (lady) very nice and easy to talk to but the other was so scatter brained that it was pointless to ask her anything( which was very frustrating at times) but she was very friendly and nice.

We’ve been here a month and have nothing but a wonderful experience. The people here have been very welcoming and helpful. There’s much to do in the area and it’s easily accessible by bus or car. If you’re a temporary stay, it’s a home away from home. If you’re lucky enough to go residential, you’ll never want to leave. The park is family friendly and safe for kids to play outside and there’s designated dog areas for your furry kids to play. Highly recommend.

Low rates here reflected low quality of pretty much everything. Management seemed nonexistent and office was closed almost every time I went by (appointment only two days a week!). A short stay in a self-sufficient unit is bearable, but I can't recommend this place unless you're out of other options.
Internet access: bring your own. Wifi extends barely past the main office.
Pet friendly?: hardly. There are a few little pet walking areas to go to. I walked my pooch between them for exercise. There are no off-leash areas and pickup bags are not provided.
Facilities: weren't dirty, but in need

We came here about 2 months ago for a visit and never left. We’re in a 37ft motor home and there’s plenty of space. The property is maintained nicely, and the people here are absolutely the kindest, most fantastic group we’ve ever met along our travels. This is a safe, family oriented park and community. The surrounding areas have the beauty of the river and mountains but also the city is only 10 minutes away. Here you have the best of both worlds. There’s a few different areas designated for dogs on the property as well as a community garden and a little apple orchard. Eugene Mobile Village
