DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I contacted them for a dryer repair. My dryer was making a loud noise but it was still heating fine. The tech came and said my belt was worn and needed to be replaced. They did the work. I paid $249.00 for the repair. I went to use the dryer that evening and after 3 cycles my towels were not dry. I called the company and this is where the run around began. They said oh if your dryer has heat then the dryer duct must be clogged. I stated this was not an issue prior to their tech taking my dryer apart. The lady stated she would have someone call me back. There was no call

Appliance All-stars came out to replace the thermostat and heating element on my dryer and now it's good as new. They were punctual, professional and fairly priced. Gave me tips on keeping the dryer vent and hose in good shape to prevent future problems and offered a discount on the parts. They were friendly and respectful of my home. Will definitely use their services again if needed. Highly recommended.

It was an awesome experience, same day service. Technician was amazing. Profesional, knowledgeable, kind, he had on a mask the entire time. He came in my house introduced himself ,diagnosed my problem, gave me a price, asked if I wanted it repaired the same day, or I could have it done when ever I had the funds. I chose same day and it was done. I washed last evening and I'm happy with my service. Great company, I will refer them to friends and fsmily.

Called them and they came out the next day. They provided heads up on when to expect their technician. He came and diagnosed the problem and gave the exact cost to repair. They had to order parts. I paid for the parts, and they indicated I would get a heads up on when Mr Ray would be able to come by. I got a notice when they received the parts and they set up a time. I go a heads up on the day before the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I got a heads up that the technician (Mr Ray) would be by soon. He actually was early. I found Appliance Allstars through a Google search after GE told me they could not send anyone out any time soon. After reading the reviews, I decided to call to see how soon they could send someone out to assess my refrigerator. I was pleasantly surprised that they had someone in the area who could come that day. My technician was personable and professional. Everyone I spoke with gave excellent customer service.
