Ordered half olive and mushroom and they charged me for two toppings. I asked and they said they dont do half rudely and walked away? Could have told me on the phone when I ordered and I would have got my moneys worth. Speaking of money, overpriced for a pizza with raw dough center. Customer service is a joke. I work in the service industry and thats not how you run a business if you ever want repeat business. One and done.

Pre-teen and I were passing through on a short road trip vacation, pulled into the parking lot to look up a place to eat dinner and ending up eating at Carmella's. BEST PIZZA in Rhode Island and New England, per the pre-teen. We really like our hometown New Jersey pizza...but Carmella's crust just blew me away. Perfectly crispy, very tasty! I was happy that we couldn't order just slices (due to pandemic) - we had half a pizza for lunch the next day! YUM

BEST PIZZA on Aquidneck Island!!!
Being an Italian, formerly from New Jersey, I know GOOD PIZZA when I taste it. I go out of my way to get this Pizza for my grandkids, who live 25 miles away! They love it too. Another plus, they have other menu items which are which are just as delicious! Couldn't ask for a nicer owner, Kenny, a wonderful, gracious gentleman.

I ordered a medium pizza with sausage and banana peppers. It took my order over an hour to be delivered just over a half a mile. When I opened the pizza box I had the wrong peppers on the pizza. They put on green peppers instead of banana peppers like I ordered. The only good part was the delivery driver was very courteous and apologized about the delay. Never again!!!

Carmella's is the only place I have to make sure I eat at when I'm in the area. Great food, very friendly staff who seem to know everyone who comes in. I love the atmosphere here.
Delivery can take a while because you don't rush quality and the traffic on the island can be atrocious so plan ahead. Recommend picking it up yourself or just eating there.

Expensive, slow, poor quality. Stopped in lunchtime on a Saturday. Spent ~$40 for 2 Italian grinders, a chef salad ($10.50 for the salad alone), 2 sodas, 2 chips. The chef salad had lettuce "pieces" torn it looked like (not cut by a knife) & some pieces -like in my photo posted here- were the size of my hand, no joke. There was turkey and ham lunch meat (low-grade, salty) sliced in thin strips along with the worst I've ever tasted processed white cheese (sliced in thin strips as well). I love American cheese but this was some pretty low-grade stuff. The bathrooms dirty, ceiling tiles stained throughout
