Dr Natalie is the best in the business! I won’t go anywhere else for chiropractic care. She takes the time to adjust your whole body and focus on parts that are bothering you. She also trained to treat you throughout pregnancy and I HIGHLY recommend getting adjustments throughout pregnancy as it was a lifesaver when it came time for delivery. Harmonic Balance has 2 massage therapist who are both amazing.

Dr. Natalie is the best! She takes the time to get to know her patients and focuses on wellness. My daughter has scoliosis and had shoulder pain on a regular basis. We tried physical therapy, a back brace, pain medications, etc and nothing helped her pain. After seeing Dr. Natalie on a regular basis she has not had any pain flare ups in her shoulder. Dr. Natalie is a blessing to the York area! 🌟

I can’t say enough about holistic healing. I struggle with bad allergies especially ear pain. I had my ears “candled” by Ashley and it’s a life changer!
The pain subside during the appointment and my congestion start to drain. A few hours later the pain that was a 8/10 was now a 3/10 and by the end of the day - gone!

Dr Natalie’s approach to chiropractic care is above and beyond all other experiences I’ve had before. The first thing you do is relax your muscles by having heat and stim applied to the whole back. By the time you get on the adjustment table you are relaxed. I love the whole body/mind approach Dr Natalie embraces and always leave feeling well “adjusted!”

I went to Dr Natalie after many years of low back pain and assuming I would just always feel off balance. After starting adjustments with her, my back feels better then it has in so long I cannot quite put it into words! Even though I was living this way day in and out, I truly didn’t understand how “off” I was but can tell you now, its like… walking in someone elses hips. No low back pain. None what so ever I cannot emphasize how much I appreciate her work on my back. And Megan is the perfect fit for her office. I have to take my daughter to my appts and they are beyond

I've been seeing Dr. Natalie for over a year, and I can honestly say my back has never felt better! Since my occupation involves a lot of sitting in an office chair i get a lot of lower back pain. The chiropractic techniques that Dr. Natalie at Harmonic Balance Chiropractic provides has helped eliminate that pain.
