Horrible customer service and they don't honor their warrenty. Took my brand new sierra to astro eclipse because my neighbor had both his vehicles tinted by them and it looked great. When I realized the amount of bubbles on every window I called to see if I could get it re done. I was asked to bring it in so they could see it so I did. the young lady in the front office took some pictures got my info and said she would speak to her manager about it but not before giving me excuses on why they wouldn't re do the tint. two weeks later and I didn't hear back so I called again. They had no clue who

Maybe I caught her on a bad day but she was super rude over the phone when I called to set up an appointment. First she asks me when I'd like to come in and I tell her today or tomorrow if they're available. Then she says they're only open Wed-Sat.

I just picked up my car and I absolutely love it!
From the first initial call and all the way until I picked up the car was so simple and easy. You get text updates which I really liked, dropping off and picking up the car was super fast and easy. They even give you a care package for your windows.
I looked around for a while at tinting my car for my Tesla Model 3 and I am so glad i went with Astro. Thank you for the great work and customer service! Will differently recommend to others.

I called for an appointment and the young lady could not have been nicer. I explained to her that I have never had a tint on my car and she walked me through all the details I could need to decide what I wanted. When I got there she got me in and out in a timely manner. Easy decision if I want to tint another vehicle. I had to drive a little ways to this place but it was worth it.

Tinted our SUV 4 months ago. It looks juat as good today as it did when it was first applied. We are very satisfied with the quality of service, product, amd price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were starightforward with pricing. We had tinted our other car at another place, but wish we didn't because they clearly could not meet the quality of service and workmanship Astro had. A step Eclipse set the bar way high. Astro Eclipse is the way to go! We highly recommend.

Groupon was for 2 windows, driver and passenger doors. Why it the world would they need to charge a premium ($15 extra) because it is an SUV, a small SUV by the way. You should have heard the line of BS they told me about why SUV windows are so much harder to tint. I couldn't believe they kept a straight face. What a crock!
