Services
Our pastures are some of the most well maintained in the region. We take great pride in working the land responsibly, rotating the herd through different cross-fenced pastures to ensure that our Riata Bahia grass remains healthy all season long. As part of our good stewardship of the land, we grow and harvest our own healthy hay.
Say, "I do" at one of the most peaceful, secluded and exclusive venues in Northeast Florida! The Barn at Cottonwood Ranch was designed and built with the bride and groom in mind and includes many amenities not offered other places. Plus, we can seat up to 299 guests comfortably inside the barn, and there's even more room on the porches.

THE BEST WEDDING VENUE! We have to give a HUGE shoutout to the lovely Jane! If you visit this location, you will fall in love with it immediately. This is an absolutely breath taking property but Jane really seals the deal. Her heart for people is unbelievable! Thank you for this wonderful gift. We feel so blessed to have been able to use such a beautiful venue. We highly recommend anyone planning an event that they wish to be unforgettable, to check out this location. You won't regret it.

The venue is stunning and truly speaks for itself! We had booked this venue for our wedding just months before COVID. Jane, the event manager here, is AMAZING!!! Not only was she super sweet and responsive, she was incredible when it came to our COVID changes. We ultimately opted for an extremely intimate wedding at a different venue, and Jane kept us informed and helped us find another lucky couple to take our date. When booking such a large event, it is so important to know the people you are working with have integrity - and they certainly do! I hope I can spend an evening at the barn in the

Beautiful venue, staff was great, enjoyed the property while enjoying a friend's wedding. However, leaving at night was difficult from from the parking lot. Some sort of lighting would have been helpful walking out to cars and leaving the parking lot. Nothing huge, maybe a few work lights to guide the way, just something to help. Very disorienting at night trying to leave. Other than that very wonderful atmosphere.

We have had the privilege to partner with Cottonwood Ranch for dozens of events with our partners over at JHP. The staff here is second to none and truly cares about your event and will treat you like family. We have done events at dozens of venues throughout the central Florida area and Cottonwood is by far the most beautiful venue and property we have had the opportunity to work with. My best friends daughter got married here. From start to finish everyone and I do mean everyone was not only pleasant and kind...but extremely helpful and thankful for us to be there!
