Cassidy was patient, understanding, and encouraging. I consider myself "Teckless" and he made me feel that the systems were the problem, not me. He was here about an hour and in that time he fixed all the problems, coordinated the I-pad, iPhone, WiFi, fixed printer problems, cleared up my I-pad apps, and checked that all was secure and working. He also help me set up on line banking and taught me how to keep it secure. THANKS CASSIDY!

My brick walls were causing a nightmare for my in house WiFi!
I live in the country so reliable internet service is always a concern. The brick walls in my house weren’t helping either. Luckily I called Cassidy from Blue Static IT to come see exactly what I needed to solve my problem.
Cassidy arrived at my house exactly on time, (not in a vague 2 hour window) he was able to walk around my house and see exactly how my WiFi was performing at different locations and recommend I get an EERO mesh system to solve my problem.
It worked perfectly for my unique situation.

Cassidy was awesome. I had just bought a new desktop and two screens to add to my office for my new Office Manager. Cassidy helped me pick the right desktop out, he went to the store with me to ensure the desktop and the two new screens were compatible. I bought the items. I explained how I needed to configure my computers to be in sync with each other. He went to work on it and did outstanding job. My system is working just the way I wanted it to work. I highly recommend Blue Static IT. Cassidy has worked with me on various issues for the last year & a half. He helped me convert from a PC & my frustration with Windows 10 to a Mac. This involved trying to convert Quick Books Pro to Mac – which in our case was unsuccessful. Cassidy solved the problem by installing the Boot Camp program that allows me to use QB in the windows format on my Mac. He is readily available & knowledgeable to help with many IT issues.

I wanted to build the ultimate home theatre, and BlueStatic helped me choose the right sound equipment, then installed the projector, screen, audio system, and streaming boxes. He even programmed my Logitech Harmony remote and hub so it all works with a single remote. It even works with my Google Home, so I can simply say "I want to watch TV" and the screen comes down, the Apple TV comes on, and the lights dim. It's perfect!
