Denny and his team at Charlotte Auto Spa did an excellent job with my 1994 Mazda RX-7. I brought my car in for Paintless Dent Repair and a Paint Correction. You can tell he really cares about his business and takes pride in his work. He took the time to go over everything I wanted done, walked me through the process and gave me confidence that they truly cared about my car. The end result came out great, with so much attention to detail. Denny and team performed a full body matte PPL wrap and ceramic coating for our new vehicle and it looks AMAZING. The team was super consultative throughout the process, made sure we understood our options, and the final product blew away our expectations. Way to go Griffin, Denny, Clarissa and the whole gang at Charlotte Auto Spa. Yes - it’s the one just over the line in South Carolina (go, it’s not far - 25 min. from Uptown straight through Ballantine). They ceramic coated my new Airstream Atlas RV - inside and out. Wow, just wow. It used to take a long time to wash that beast, but NO MORE. Dirt rinses off... Fair price. On time. Clean shop. Friendly. No upselling pressure. Patient (answered a thousand questions without hesitation). They had a few nice cars in the shop that were definitely faster than mine, but mine had WAY more surface area

I took my brand new BMW M2 to Charlotte Auto Spa immediately after the purchase. This was the first car that I have bought for myself in 21 years and was much more expensive than anything I have ever owned. These pictures really don’t do it justice but they did a phenomenal job with my husband’s new truck. When we bought it we didn’t notice all the little rust spots but we took it to Charlotte auto spa and they used claybar and got it all out. They were professional, friendly and their prices can’t be beat. Looking forward to bringing our vehicles there for window tinting and any other detail work they may need in the future.

I brought my Challenger here to get the gold level ceramic coating. Griffin and Denny completely went over the car and did paint correction first before putting the ceramic coatings on. They also knew about the issue my particular car has with rock chips on the fender flares and recommended I have protectant film put on the flares. I’m glad I did because they were right. The end product is a car with paint that always has a mirror finish, is very easy to keep clean, and gets me compliments regularly. These guys love what they do and it really shows.

I relied upon Charlotte Auto Spa to protect exterior of my new BMW 750. Denny was extremely helpful in describing the multiple process steps and showing me works in progress in his facility. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the operation and courtesy of the entire team. I selected the lifetime “Gold Package” as I wanted maximum protection against the elements.
