Destinations By Design is an amazing travel agency! My husband and I worked with Michele on a trip over the summer that unfortunately changed several times due to covid travel restrictions. Michele was with us every step of the way & was always positive and willing to help us adjust our plans as needed. She communicated very clearly and was so pleasant to work with throughout the whole process. She went out of her way to work around our schedule and worked a lot of late hours for us especially with last minute changes due to covid. We ended up booking a wonderful and relaxing trip and could rest

Ilse is my travel agent with Destinations by Design and I could not be more pleased. Normally, I try to book all my vacations on my own, but my latest vacation was proving to be a little more complicated, so I needed the help of a professional and Ilse was there for me. If you are looking for a travel agent who is professional and offers excellent customer service, I highly recommend Michele at Destinations by Design. She makes a point to ask plenty questions so she can plan a dream vacation within your budget. She takes care of ever detail from start to finish. The internet offers many travel options, but when you use Michele there are no surprises and you are assured all your travel needs are met.
