Polypro
Elite Insulation & PolyPro is a locally owned and operated family business established by Bob, Ken and Chris Wells. Being involved in the traditional fiberglass insulation for many years, we have witnessed changes in the insulation industry. Namely, the increasing cost of energy, consumer driven environmental awareness and a demand for more efficient homes.

Traditional insulation has its limits and in order to meet consumer needs, Elite Insulation & PolyPro set out to provide a range of insulation systems that would significantly improve the way homes and buildings are insulated. Spray Polyurethane foams and their associated hybrid methods are those systems.

There is really no other home insulating material that can seal your Broadway home from air and moisture intrusion, save on costly utility bills, strengthen your home, and help to protect your family's health from dangerous mold, airborne pollutants, and allergens than Spray Foam insulation. For decades, fiberglass insulation was the material of choice to insulate homes.
There are many ways to insulate your attic space and protect your home's attic space, with varying levels of effectiveness. We are a full service insulation company and can properly install all forms of attic insulation. We do though highly recommend Spray Foam insulation, due to it's high level of performance, which also helps prevent weather and moisture related damages.
Traditionally insulated, vented crawl spaces are a common and burdening situation for many homeowners. No matter how well fiberglass insulation is installed in an attic ceiling, it will eventually fail and succumb to gravity and moisture laden air. The living space of your home can be infiltrated with mold, earth gases, rodents and other allergens if your crawl space is not properly sealed.
If your aim is to learn about spray polyurethane foam insulation, you're on the right page. There are two chief factors to consider when it comes to differentiating open cell and closed-cell foam. First off, it is important to examine each type of foam. With open-cell foam, the minuscule cells of the foam are not entirely closed, so the foam itself is permeable and can fill with air and moisture.
