I too hold a license under cosmetology as an ESTHETICIAN (aka skin specialist) and I am well aware of the guidelines and changes with COVID. A miscommunication is not the same as completely failing to contact or response when you’ve told a client you would. I did threaten that I would share my experience if she did not refund my money for an incomplete service I paid for more than a year ago. I have attached a screenshot to photos to show her reply that she would contact me back that evening along with my correct phone number.
