Extremely helpful, spent a lot of time to insure job was done right. Repaired and cleaned system and scheduled a follow up visit to insure filtration system performed as expected. I have dealt with Jones Air and Water Treatment for over 20 years. Everett is a great person to deal with. Everett has installed a water softener at my last two residences, and a humidifier and reverse osmosis system at my current home. Jones Air and Water installed a water softener system and a reverse osmosis filtering system at our home in Cedar Hill. The water in this area is extremely hard and had begun to adversely affect our water using appliances. We were most impressed with how quickly Everett responded to our request for information and a bid. The turn around time for installation was very quick too... just a few days. We recently used Jones Air and Water for a water softer and filter install. All around, we were very impressed. We initially had Everett Jones out to test the water to see what kind of issues we were having and what kind of equipment we might need. He took the time to explain things to us and to make sure we got the best products for our needs, without ever being pushy on the sales front. We decided on a unit but it was several months till we needed the install. Jones Air and Water followed up with us periodically to ensure there was nothing we needed leading up to the install. We had Jones Air & Water come out to install filtration and replace a catalytic core system that we had installed to prevent descaling. In our situation, we had a high volume of Chlorine in the water that you could definitely smell and taste. The catalytic core system, didn't live up to the expectations and we still had to deal with a heavy scale build up noticeable on all of our faucets and with two Rinnai units for on demand hot water that raised concerns about what type of build up we were having on what we couldn't see. I have worked with Jones Air & Water for 4 years. We live in Eureka and had hard water. Jones Air & Water came to our house and and told us our options to fix our hard water problem. They did not oversell us and we ended up having Jones Air & Water install a water softener and a water filtration system. Now we have the cleanest water in the St. Louis Metropolitan area and it is much cheaper than buying brita filters. Our water does not smell anymore and no more rings around the toilet or brownish color left behind in the shower. I can truly say if you want cleaner and softer water in Eureka, Wildwood

We had a Water Softener and Reverse Osmosis system installed in the house a Year ago and have Very much enjoyed the quality of the water. They did an excellent job installing the systems for us and were kind enough to work around our crazy schedule as we had just built a new home. Our ice cubes are crystal clear and none of the faucets or shower heads have any calcium build up at all. I would definitely recommend Jones Air and Water as they have given us a great water system for our home!!
